Sage Island recently hired four full-time employees to its team. Kari Keller joined Sage Island as an Internet marketing specialist. She has a B.S. in business management and a minor in marketing from Purdue University. Chris Curry joined the account management team at Sage Island. Chris graduated from UNCW in May with a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing. Christopher Campbell joined Sage Island as a designer. Chris has a B.S. in graphic communication from Clemson University. Ryan “Chops” Konrady joins Sage Island as a marketing specialist. Konrady graduated from North Carolina State University with a B.S. in business administration. 

Michelle Perillo of Century 21 Sweyer & Associates has successfully completed the Realtor e-Pro course to become one of few real estate professionals to earn the certification offered through the National Association of Realtors.

Century 21 Sweyer & Associates recently announced its top agents for the month of May. In the Landfall office, top listing agents and top producers were Sandra Britt, Dave Robertson and Terri Parrish; top selling agents were Regina Drury, Bobbi Bell and Terri Parrish. In the Hampstead office, top listing agents were Lila Wilcox, Pat Canady and Flo Gallagher; top selling agents were Timmy Evans, Sandy Thornton and Jackie James; top producers were Gail Cowan, Bev Femia and Linda Hansen. In the Monkey Junction office, top listing agents were Bob Potts, Freddie Jean Baker and Stephanie Manke; top selling agents were Freddie Jean Baker, Dennis Decker and Janet Cronemiller; top producers were Van Coley, Bob Potts and Freddie Jean Baker.

EXIT Homeplace Realty recognizes the following agents for their performance for the month of May. Stephanie Gasparovic was the listing agent and sales agent of the month of the Hampstead office. Joe Meabon was the listing agent of the month of the Burgaw office. Debra Futch was the sales agent of the month of the Burgaw office. Christina Asbury was the listing agent and sales agent of the Jacksonville office.

Cheryl J. Moody of Atlantic Shores Environmental Services, Ltd recently was appointed a position on the American Indoor Air Quality (AmIAQ) council’s certification board. Moody is a council-certified indoor environmental consultant and certified microbial remediation supervisor through AmIAQ.

 Liberty Tax Service recently honored Keith Jacobs, local franchisee, with its coveted Liberty Top 10 Award. Jacobs and wife, Yvette, are local franchise owners, operating 4 locations in Wilmington.
 
The Wilmington Cape Fear Home Builders Association recognized Diane Thomas for her lifetime achievement during the recent awards banquet for the 2009 Parade of Homes. Thomas has worked for Intracoastal Realty and the New Homes and Condominiums division for over twenty years, representing Hagood Homes for much of
that time.
