Jason Windham has become a partner at Maus, Warwick, Matthews & Co., according to a news release.

Windham entered the commercial real estate business in 2015, stated the release.

"His successful listing and sales production for commercial, industrial and timber tracts throughout Southeastern, North Carolina in 2018 and 2019 vaulted him to become one of the leading land brokers in this part of the state," stated the release.

In 2020, Windham closed over 20 timber tracts valued over $8.5 million, officials said.

"In addition to his personal integrity and his strong work ethic, Jason has developed a solid skill set in commercial real estate knowledge and practices,” Hansen Matthews, a partner in the firm, said in the release. “We are pleased to have him on board as a partner as we build toward the future as a firm.”

Windham, a Wilmington native, graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a business administration degree.
