By Staff Reports, posted Apr 7, 2017
A marketing firm with roots in Virginia has expanded to Wilmington, with a mix of traditional platforms as well as internet and digital focuses.

Newport News, Virginia-based Waters & Bridgman Marketing Solutions recently announced the new office, headed up by Jeff Gallop, former general manager of WECT and WWAY.

Gallop, who works out of tekMountain, also has a lengthy roster of creating marketing strategies for over 800 businesses in the past 15 years, according to a news release.

The local office is called Waters, Bridgman & Gallop Marketing Solutions.

W&B partner Howard Waters’ father founded the company in 1960. Waters, works with CEO Sandy Bridgman.

“Howard Waters, Sandy, and I have been talking for years about expanding here and we feel the timing is right to open a marketing firm that can provide all of the services that modern businesses require,” Gallop said in the release.

“Traditional marketing efforts should be integrated with internet and digital marketing to be cost-effective and successful.”
