We’ve Gone Mobile to Meet the Growing Trend

Sponsored Content provided by Dave Sweyer - Owner and Broker, Sweyer Property Management

Over the past year, we noticed an undeniable trend at Sweyer Property Management. We were getting more traffic to our website from mobile devices than desktop computers. This meant it was time for us to offer an even better mobile experience for our clients to search for properties and access their accounts. That’s why we’re excited to announce our new user friendly mobile app, Sweyer Rentals.

One ongoing mission we have at Sweyer Property Management is to make property ownership and renting as easy and smooth as possible. This app is one more step to fulfilling that goal.

We knew we had to give people easy access to properties and to their accounts from anywhere. With our new app, they can quickly search for properties in the locations they want but, even better, they can get mobile device-ready virtual tours before they even step inside.

Given that we have more than 1,400 properties at 97 percent occupancy rate, we knew that rental property owners needed to be able to access their accounts easily from their mobile devices. Making it quick for our owners to have the information they need at their fingertips was just as important to us as anything else.

Our app has increased the ease with which tenants and owners can communicate with us. Our app users will be able to easily search for someone on our team as well as request maintenance projects. By encouraging this communication, we can manage properties more efficiently and effectively.

We currently get more than 91,000 visitors to our website each year (and are already on track to see more than that in 2016). It is obvious our clients and customer base are increasingly digital in their consumption of our listings. Which is why we need to make sure our information-sharing process is quick in this forever changing digital world.

We have always worked hard to make sure our online reputation is helping our property owners, and releasing this app was the next step to offering a first-rate property management experience. Beyond our website, this app gives the homeowner’s investment property even more exposure to ensure occupancy.

Check out our mobile app, Sweyer Rentals, at your app store and experience what makes Sweyer Property Management the right choice to manage your investment property.
