Favorite TV shows to decompress include Yellowstone, and the channels HGTV and Food Network as well as Carolina Panthers games.
 
Favorite gadgets include a photography box or ring light with tripod for product images, vlogging and video calls.
 
While technology has helped her stay connected, Coniglio said it’s been nice getting back to in-person events.
 
“Getting together in person has real power. Organizations like Cape Fear CREW and Greater Wilmington Business Journal Power Breakfasts keep me informed, engaged and connected with industry peers.”
