She regularly checks out TED.com to look for TED Talks to show at tekMountain’s Tuesday Talks event. “I like to find talks that are inspiring to our company and in hopes that anyone can leave the lunch and feel as though they can take something away from it.” While online, Sipes keeps up with Tech- Crunch.com and is also “constantly searching for new mom blogs to follow for advice, support and encouragement.”

Is a fan of mystery podcasts including Up and Vanished, which follows true crime stories. “Everything Coworking is a great podcast … They have great suggestions on different ways to build your community.”
