NHRMC Ranks High On National Home Care List

By Ken Little, posted Dec 3, 2015
New Hanover Regional Medical Center Home Care was recently named to the 2015 HomeCare Elite list of top nationwide home care agencies.

It’s the second year NHRMC Home Care has been named to the list, a news release said.

The annual list reviews the most successful home care providers in the United States based on performance measures that include quality of care, quality improvement, patient experience, process measure implementation and financial management.

The market-leading review, from OCS HomeCare by National Research Corporation and DecisionHealth, names the top 25 percent of agencies in home health performance measures.

“We are very proud to be recognized as one of the top home care agencies in the nation. Our staff has worked hard to provide the highest level of quality health care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes, and this is a testament to their dedication,” Tina Davis, director of NHRMC Home Care, said in the news release.

NHRMC Home Care is accredited by The Joint Commission and the nurses, therapists and support staff offer services to people in New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender, Bladen, Duplin, Onslow and Columbus counties.
