More than half a billion dollars in new projects have recently been proposed or are underway in our region. These potential projects include CenterPoint, a $250 million development off Eastwood Road; The Avenue, a $200 million development off Military Cutoff Road; and River Place, an $83 million project downtown. At the Power Breakfast on September 19, we will talk with the developers about their plans, the process to move the projects forward and their potential impact on our community.
