A disaster reconstruction company based in North Carolina recently opened an office in Wilmington.

RestorePro Reconstruction’s location at 311 Judges Road, Suite 1G, in Wilmington is the company’s sixth office in the Southeast and has 12 employees.

“The addition of the Wilmington office extends its footprint to coastal North Carolina and brings the combined employee total to over 100 talented executives, operations, sales, marketing, account managers, construction and safety managers, estimators and administrators,” a news release stated.

The office is 2,000 square feet.

Chief Sales Officer Brian Charlebois said in an email Thursday, “With expected growth and demand of service, we will be looking for a larger space in years to come.”

The company’s expansion comes in response to a variety of factors, including customer demand in the region and increased demand for emergency construction services, such as water removal and water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration and repairs.

“In 2020 alone, the firm experienced over a 100% increase in call volume with over 50% of these service calls from new clients,” the release stated.

Covering a one-hour radius around Wilmington from Jacksonville to Ocean Isle Beach, the company’s service area includes Southport, Wrightsville Beach, Sunset Beach, Oak Island, Topsail Beach and neighboring communities.

"Servicing residential, multifamily housing, and Class A office projects, RestorePro has an aggressive growth strategy for this market, which includes adding more than 20 employees, 1,000 projects, and $3M in revenue by the end of 2021,” the release stated. “Company-wide, RestorePro delivered nearly 5,500 restoration projects in 2020 --- a company record.”

Ryan Jackson, president of RestorePro, said in the release. “Our single -family housing, commercial, and multifamily clients in the Wilmington area have repeatedly asked us to service the area, and with the addition of a physical office in Wilmington, we’re able to meet their needs.”

Travis Wegner serves as regional manager while Josh Oliver, a native and longtime former resident of Wilmington, serves as account executive.

Jackson said, “Travis has a strong track record in the restoration construction industry, and Josh knows the Wilmington market better than anyone."

The firm also has offices in Raleigh, Fayetteville, Greensboro, Charlotte, Wilmington and Knoxville, Tennessee.
