Residential real estate is feeling the effects of the coronavirus pandemic with the tri-county region showing a decrease in April in pending sales and new listings.
But Realtors have reasons to be optimistic, they say, including the health of the Wilmington area's housing market despite the virus and its strength compared to other parts of the country.
