Resilience means being able to absorb high levels of change and the challenges that come with it while maintaining high levels of performance and well-being.

That’s what UNEXO founder and resilience coach Tracey Newkirk of Wilmington discussed Thursday during BizTalk.

Newkirk shared advice for businesses as they work to absorb and flow through the changes brought on by the coronavirus pandemic.

"Resilience is not a destination," Newkirk said Thursday, "it's a journey."
