Hank Adams, Cody Cress, Mark Johnson, Janet Rose and Grayson Powell of Coldwell Banker Commercial SunCoast were recently named to the bronze level of the Coldwell Banker Commercial Circle of Distinction.

“The Circle of Distinction winners represent the top 2 percent of Coldwell Banker Commercial nationally,” a press release stated. “This honor is bestowed upon the top-ranking sales associates among all CBC-affiliated sales professionals based on their Closed Adjusted Gross Commission Income for 2016.”

The commercial real estate and property management affiliate headquartered in Wilmington was also named to the Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite at the franchise’s 2017 Global Conference in Las Vegas late last March. Only 15 firms in the nation received this award.

“Thanks to the expertise and hard work of our agents, our firm has grown steadily each year and we’re thrilled to be among the top performers in the nation, particularly for a market the size of Greater Wilmington,” Grayson Powell, managing partner of Coldwell Banker Commercial SunCoast, said in a statement.

According to the release, SunCoast was named the No. 1 Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliate in North Carolina for the third consecutive year.
