Cody Cress
Coldwell Banker Commercial SunCoast named Cody Cress, the real estate firm’s vice president and industrial-office/investment specialist, as its 2016 Agent of the Year.

The annual award is given to the agent who generated the most gross commission income, according to a recent news release.

Cress joined CBC SunCoast in 2007. He has received the firm’s Agent of the Year award six times. He is a native of Sanford and graduate of N.C. State University where he received a degree in environmental engineering.

He began his career as an environmental engineer for an equipment manufacturer, but real estate was always a passion, the release stated. He purchased his first commercial property in 1996 and owns and manages his own portfolio of properties.

In 2012, Cress formed the Cress Group within CBC SunCoast. The group is a collaborative effort of Cress and CBC SunCoast agent Tyler Pegg, the release stated.
