Lauren Mintz, an agent with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage’s downtown Wilmington office, was recently named to the Coldwell Banker International 30 Under 30 list.

"This list encompasses the top young real estate professionals among Coldwell Banker’s 96,000 real estate associates affiliated with approximately 3,000 offices in 40 countries," according to a news release.

Honoring the heritage of founders Colbert Coldwell and Arthur Banker, who started their company at 24 and 28 years old, respectively, the selected individuals have achieved success in sales, leadership and philanthropy, the release stated.

“It has been an honor to watch Lauren grow her business and with her outgoing personality, market expertise and strong work ethic, I am certain that she will continue to achieve great success," said Denise Kinney, president of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, in the release.

Having moved to Wilmington from Connecticut in 2013, Mintz applies firsthand knowledge of the relocation process and strives to provide her clients "with the highest level of customer service to ensure positive results," according to the release.

“I enjoy working directly with people and helping them realize their goals,” Mintz said in the release. "It is exciting to be a part of someone's transition to a new chapter in their life, whether they are buying, selling or even investing."

The Coldwell Banker 30 Under 30 awards "recognize the professionals across our network who go above and beyond to embody the values this brand has thrived on for 115 years. I am immensely proud of all of those honored as outstanding young professionals who personify excellence and integrity,” said Ryan Gorman, president and CEO of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC. “The future of real estate is in their hands, and they are paving a path with their incredible work ethic and impressive results.”

Mintz was recently honored and acknowledged for her achievements at the Coldwell Banker Generation Blue Experience international conference held in New York City.
