Commercial Real Estate Firm Puts Trice On Brokerage Team

Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners has welcomed Ed Trice to its brokerage team. 

Prior to joining Sun Coast Partners, Trice worked in a variety of fields, a news release stated. He has extensive experience in the software and hardware industry, including prior roles at SAS Institute in Cary and Cisco Systems in the Research Triangle Park, according to the release. 

Trice graduated with a bachelor of science degree from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and has an MBA from Capella University.  His volunteer work includes Special Olympics, Habitat for Humanity and the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina.  

Trice has four grown children and three grandchildren. He lives in Wrightsville Beach with his wife and two dogs, is an avid runner and enjoys training for and participating in marathons.

Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners was founded in Wilmington in 2004 and is comprised of 25 licensed brokers and 12 staff members who specialize in real estate sales, leasing, investment and property management for retail and commercial property owners from Onslow County to the South Carolina border.
