Melanie Guerra
Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage has welcomed Melanie Guerra to its downtown Wilmington office, according to a news release.

Guerra started her real estate career five years ago in Jacksonville, where she specialized in helping military service professionals and veterans with relocations, resales and investments, stated the release.

She is a native of Peru and is fluent in Spanish and English.

“Melanie is a knowledgeable professional with expertise in marketing, social media, and developing video content,” said Tom O’Neill, vice president of operations, in the release. “It’s no surprise that she was a top-producing agent at her previous brokerage.”
