UScellular has promoted Joshua Burk to agent distribution sales support specialist for the company’s retail locations across eastern North Carolina, according to a news release.
Burk is responsible for supporting both the UScellular agent development managers along with agent owners, officials said in the release. He previously was a service technician at the company’s Greenville location.
Burk, who lives in Wilmington, has more than 17 years of industry experience, officials said.
“I am excited for Joshua assist our agent team, and I’m confident that his leadership skills will guide our team to help customers in the area with their technology needs," said Jeremy Taylor, director of sales for UScellular in eastern North Carolina, in the release.
