Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage has promoted Alex Paen to director of business development, according to a news release.
Paen, in his new role, will be responsible for making periodic visits to the company’s network of 21 offices to help both new agents and seasoned professionals develop individual skills and goals, stated the release.
"I am thrilled about this new opportunity. The leadership has always embraced a culture of service, not only to the community but also to all the agents who work here, and this has made me very proud to be a part of the team," Paen said in the release.
He began working with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage in 2001, officials said.
“Alex is a very well-liked individual with a diverse knowledge of real estate. His outstanding reputation as a mentor and business coach is evidenced by his phenomenal leadership as the manager of our Wilmington office, one of the largest and most successful in our company," said Tim Milam, president of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, in the release. "Promoting from within always makes good business sense, but with Alex, who knows our systems better than anyone and has built a network of positive relationships throughout the company and the community, the strength of the point is magnified substantially.”
