Patriot Roofing Co. has welcomed Erika Edwards to its team.

Edwards joins the firm as an operations assistant at its Wilmington office, according to a news release. 

Edwards is bringing her interest in real estate and her business education to the construction industry, officials said in the release.

She earned a bachelor's degree from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
