Sarah Smith of Tribute Properties recently completed the Advanced Facilitator Training program through the National Apartment Association, according to a release.
The program provides training classes, webinars and expos to build better trainers and support staff, officials said. The class is conducted twice a year with the maximum of 24 people per class.
Upon completion of the class Smith has become a faculty member of the National Apartment Association Institute of Education. She will volunteer 12 hours with associations, either local or nationwide, stated the release.
Smith has 13 years of property management experience and has held the position of community manager of South Front, a community within Tribute Properties, for the past four years. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
