Keith Austin Joins Cape Fear Commercial

​Cape Fear Commercial has welcomed Keith Austin to its brokerage team, according to a news release.

Austin joins as senior vice president with the commercial real estate firm and has more than 16 years of brokerage experience. He specializes in the sale and leasing of office and retail space, stated the release.

"Keith is one of the top office and retail brokers in our region, and we are thrilled to have him join our
team,” said Paul Loukas, broker in charge at Cape Fear Commercial, in the release. “He is well respected in our industry and someone we’ve always enjoyed working with.”

Austin graduated from Appalachian State University with a bachelor's degree in public relations, stated the release.

“I’m really excited about the opportunity to work with this accomplished group of professionals and further my career,” said Austin in the release.
