New Physician Joins Coastal Pulmonary Medicine Practice

NHRMC Physician Group – Coastal Pulmonary Medicine has welcomed Oluwole Odunusi to the practice, according to a news release.

Odunusi, a board-certified physician in internal medicine, has experience working as a hospitalist, stated the release. Providers in the practice are experienced in diagnostics and treating diseases and conditions of the lungs, and are trained in sleep medicine and can evaluate sleep-related disorders.

Odunusi earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee and a medical degree from University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine in Memphis, stated the release.

He completed his residency in internal medicine at Duke University Medical Center and completed the pulmonary and critical care fellowship program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

He also completed a sleep medicine fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, and trained at other Harvard Medical School training hospitals, including Massachusetts General Hospital and Boston Children’s Hospital, officials said.
