LS3P Recognizes 6 At Wilmington Firm, Announces Leadership Changes

Six people within LS3P’s Wilmington office have been recognized by the firm, according to a news release. The firm has also announced changes to its leadership.
 
Project Managers Angela Falk and Andrew Jamison were recognized as associate principals, officials stated in the release.
 
Falk has been with the firm since 2013 and specializes in designs for health care buildings. Jamison, who works in the senior living sector, joined the firm in 2014.
 
Marketing Coordinator Tyra Keene, who joined the firm in 2011, was recognized as a senior associate.
 
Three of the firm’s employees were also recognized as associates: Construction Contract Administrator Gus Aretakis; Architect Jaime Smith; and Construction Contract Administrator Robbie Sutton.
 
Aretakis, who joined the firm in 2016, oversees large health care projects. Smith joined the firm in 2017 and has a portfolio that includes residential, mixed-use and commercial projects, according to the release.
 
Sutton, who has been with the firm since 2016, has worked construction administration for schools, senior living and civic projects, officials said.
 
And among leadership changes at LS3P, Marc Marchant, vice president and principal, has been named CEO-elect, according to a news release.

His position, along with several others became effective May 1.

LS3P holds offices in North Carolina, South Carolina and an office in Georgia. 

Other changes within the firm include George Temple, executive vice president and principal, who has been named president and chief operating officer. And Jeff Floyd, vice president and principal, joins the firm’s board of directors, officials said in the release.
 
Current Chairman, President and CEO Thompson Penney will continue to serve as LS3P’s chairman and CEO for a two-year transition period, officials said.
 
Executive Vice President and Principal Katherine Peele was recently named chief practice officer; Vice President and Principal Chris Boney was named chief relationships officer earlier this year; and Principal Katie Robinson was named marketing and communications officer, according to the release.
