Rich Rowland, a Realtor with Network Real Estate, has been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, according to a news release.

Rowland is with Network’s Carolina Beach location, officials said. Realtors who receive the CRS designation have completed advanced professional training and have displayed professional achievement in residential real estate, according to the release.

“Only 29,000 Relators nationwide have earned the credential,” officials stated in the release.

Rowland is a member of the Cape Fear Board of Realtors. He previously earned the Accredited Buyer Representative designation.
