Wilmington Health has welcomed Ross Stemmler as an internal medicine physician.

Stemmler is treating internal medicine patients Wilmington Health’s location at 1202 Medical Center Drive, according to a news release. As an internal medicine physician, he will see adult patients for primary and preventive care needs and help manage chronic conditions.

“I’m excited to start my practice with Wilmington Health,” Stemmler said in the release. “I’m committed to helping my patients stay healthy.”

Stemmler earned his Bachelor of Arts in biology at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, and his Master of Science in medical sciences at the University of South Florida in Tampa. He received his medical degree from Florida State University College of Medicine in Tallahassee.

Stemmler completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington, Vermont.
