LS3P’s Wilmington Office Recognizes Six Team Members

LS3P has recognized six Wilmington team members for exemplary efforts.

Project Manager Bob Pressley was recognized as an associate principal, according to a news release. Pressley joined the firm in 2015. He works extensively in the healthcare and senior living markets.

His notable recent projects include Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) for Liberty Healthcare including Autumn Hall in Wilmington, officials said in the release.
 
Project manager and architect Andrew Jamison and Daniela Ayers were recognized as senior associates.

Jamison joined the firm in 2014. He has a diverse portfolio of education and senior living projects. Notable recent designs include the Student Services Building for Eastern Carolina University and several CCRC projects for Liberty Healthcare.

Ayers joined the firm in 2007 and designs for a wide variety of clients in the corporate commercial, higher education, healthcare, and K-12 market sectors. Notable recent projects include work at Live Oak Bank, Cape Fear Community College’s Wilson Center and GLOW Academy.
 
Project designer Joshua Ellison, interior designer Emily Patterson and architect Charlotte Townes, were all recognized as associates.

Ellison joined the firm in 2015 and has diverse design experience in the commercial, healthcare, mixed use and education practice areas. Patterson joined the firm in 2016 and designs interiors for a wide variety of practice areas. Townes joined the firm in 2013 and works extensively in the healthcare and commercial market sectors.
 
The recognitions were announced on May 1, the firm’s 55th anniversary.
