LS3P Hires Construction Contracts Administrator

LS3P has welcomed Jim Leutgens, who joined the firm’s Wilmington office as a construction contracts administrator.

Leutgens brings 26 years of experience in construction administration to the firm, according to a news release. He is experienced in health care, commercial and education projects.

Leutgens is well versed in construction management for all project phases, officials said, with significant projects including Middletown Regional Medical Center in Middletown, Ohio; Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News, Virginia; and Broward General Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
