Sage Island Welcomes New Brand Strategist, Account Executive

Sage Island is expanding its team with the addition of a new brand strategist and account executive.

Emmy Errante, Sage Island's new brand strategist, holds a master's degree in creative advertising Falmouth University in England and bachelor's of arts degree graphic design from Meredith College in Raleigh, according to a press release from the company.

A native to Wilmington, she previously worked as a graphic designer as well as a report and photographer for Lumina News in Wrightsville Beach. At Sage Island, Errante hopes to further expand her knowledge of both journalism and advertising by implementing content marketing strategies, officials with the company said in the release. 

Katie Harden (left), Sage Island's new account executive, also has a background in journalism. She has a bachelor's of arts in communication and film studies from the Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Virginia, and a master’s degree in strategic communications from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Harden has lived in the Wilmington area the last few years and Katie was an anchor and reporter for CBS affiliate WNCT, and for ABC affiliate WWAY.
