Dezio was recently honored with the Coldwell Banker Commercial Office Contributor of the Year Award, according to a press release from Coldwell Banker Commercial SunCoast.

The national award was announced during the 2017 Coldwell Banker Commercial Global Conference in Las Vegas, earlier this year. The award recognizes a Coldwell Banker Commercial individuals responsible for propelling the growth of the office.

Award recipients must demonstrate that they have increased the office’s profitability, boosted sales and marketing production, enhanced recruiting and retainment efforts, and provided leadership in the office, according to the release.

Dezio was one of four selected for the award in the United States and the only winner on the eastern seaboard. She was nominated by Grayson Powell, managing partner for Coldwell Banker Commercial SunCoast.

“Carrie is the glue that keeps CBC SunCoast running smoothly, and we are all very proud that her efforts have been recognized with this national award,” Powell said. “She is always willing to help others with any need they have, no matter how busy she is.”

“My goal is to make CBC SunCoast an enjoyable place to work and to create an environment where both brokers and staff members can thrive,” Dezio said. “I am very honored and humbled by the Office Contributor of the Year award and very grateful to work with such a talented and supportive group of people.”
