Coastal Horizons hired Machelle Williams as the integrate cared practice manager for Wilmington Health Access for Teens and Horizons Health.
 
Williams most recently worked at South Eastern Area Health Education Center and has experience in emergency departments, pediatric primary and inpatient psychiatric areas, according to a news release.
 
Williams specializes in workflow redesign, ER adoption, patient portal optimization and serves as a project head for Patient Centered Medical Home projects.
