Grayson Powell Joins Coldwell Banker's National Advisory Board

Grayson Powell, managing partner of Coldwell Banker Commercial SunCoast, was recently appointed to a three-year term on the Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisory Board.
 
This advisory board is comprised of a select group of affiliate owners nationwide and was created to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas between franchisees and Coldwell Banker Commercial’s corporate leadership, according to a news release. Powell will represent the interests of the affiliates in North and South Carolina.

"The Advisory Board has a successful history of driving innovation and gaining critical insight into the evolving needs of franchisees. Each member of the Advisory Board serves as a liaison for their respective region, and provides updates to franchisees on the latest developments, policies and services available from the corporate office,” the company stated in the release.

A 1984 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Powell began his commercial real estate career in Atlanta. He now has more than 29 years of experience under his belt in investments, leasing and property management.

Powell has been a partner with Coldwell Banker Commercial SunCoast since 2005. He is a member of Cape Fear Realtors’ Realtors Commercial Alliance of Southeastern North Carolina’s Government Affairs Committee.
