LS3P recently recognized three team members for exemplary efforts, as part of the firm's 54th anniversary in May.

Architect Danny Adams was elevated to the role of principal. He has several notable award-winning designs in the Wilmington area, including the Wilson Center at Cape Fear Community College, IKA Works and the Live Oak Bank headquarters. He has worked with LS3P since 2009.

Architect Angela Falk and specifications writer Renee Wells were also recognized as senior associates.

Falk, who joined the team in 2013, specializes in complex designs for health care clients. Wells contributes to a wide variety of project types in diverse market solutions. She joined the team in 2006.

LS3P has recently added two new employees.

In May, the firm welcomed Elisa Mercedes Duncan as its new human resources generalist. Duncan holds a bachelor's degree from Florida International University's School of Journalism and Mass Communications with a focus on TV production.

She brings seven years of previous HR experience to the firm. Duncan will be based in LS3P's Raleigh office, but will work with all three of the firm's offices in North Carolina, as well as support firmwide corporate HR initiatives.

Nichol Kuperus, the firm's newest team member at its Wilmington office, joined in April as an architectural drafter. She recently earned an associate of applied science in architectural technology from CFCC and has previous residential design experience at Carolina Beach.
