Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage Adds Karen Coyle

By Staff Reports, posted May 16, 2017
Karen Coyle
Karen Coyle has joined Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage as a buyer's agent.

Coyle joined the Karen Schwartz Team, a team that specializes in the buying and selling of homes in and around north Brunswick County, in March, according to a news release from the realty company.

Coyle, a native of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, moved to the Leland area in 2016. That same year, she joined the Leland office of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage and obtained her North Carolina brokerage license. She worked in general brokerage out of the Leland Office.

Coyle is not new to Coldwell Banker. In 2015, she worked for Coldwell Banker in Newtown, Pennsylvania, where she obtained her Realtor’s license and worked with a successful sales team at Coldwell Banker Hearthside Group.

Prior to her career in real estate, Coyle spent 30 years in the retail industry and held senior management positions. She graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in clothing and business, and industry.

“Karen is a very talented Realtor and a welcome addition to our team,” Karen Schwartz said. “Her background in retail is a great asset and gives her a unique perspective on the importance of customer service.”
