Bradley Setzer Joins Helen Tarokic Law Firm

Helen Tarokic Law has added Bradley Setzer as an associate attorney at the firm, which focuses on immigration and nationalization law.
 
Setzer holds a law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law, Setzer served as president of the school’s Immigration Law Society.
 
“With master’s coursework in counseling; law studies in Vienna, Austria; and a teaching position through AmeriCorps, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Setzer has worked with various international populations and communities in need,” a news release stated. “Through volunteer teaching in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, helping immigrants became a top priority. As Head Tutor at Centro Latino’s Open Doors program, Mr. Setzer worked 4 days a week with the children of Hispanic immigrants.”
 
Setzer previously worked with the 25th Prosecutorial District in Burke County, gaining experience in the district attorney’s office.
 
In his role at Helen Tarokic Law, he is working with T-Visas, helping victims of human trafficking and handling removal cases, according to the release.
 
“We want to find the story behind each case,” Setzer said in the release. “Their past, their experiences, and the indirect circumstances that brought them here.”
