Digital agency Signal recently promoted Hampstead resident Jim Ellis to partner of the Raleigh-based firm.
 
In the new role Ellis, who joined Signal in 1999, continues to serve as vice president, account director, according to a news release. Ellis has a concentration on manufacturing and real estate accounts.
 
“He manages the business development team with seasoned expertise in account management, digital marketing, brand strategy and new business leadership,” stated the release, which also announced that Morrisville resident Phil Stephens also was promoted to partner.
 
“Our new partners support a strong, solid foundation, offering diverse skill sets that uphold Signal’s values and character,” Signal President Ricky Haynes said in the release.
