The Property Shop Expands

The Property Shop of the Carolinas has announced it is now serving Duplin, Sampson and Onslow counties.

In addition, the real estate firm has added two brokers, Jamie Lynn Crist and Jennifer Terflinger.

Crist resides in Pender County and was named president of Duplin-Sampson Council of Cape Fear Realtors and is a member of the 2017 Cape Fear Realtors Board of Directors. In addition, Crist is ABR certified and a 2017 Cape Fear Realtors Leadership Academy participant.

Terflinger comes from a training and learning environment where she regularly helped people to achieve their goals, according to a news release. Since obtaining her license as a broker/Realtor, "helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership has been an easy transition," the release stated.

The Property Shop is headquartered at 5900 Oleander Drive in Wilmington.
