Ward And Smith, P.A. Brings On IP Attorney

Intellectual property attorney Anna Miller has joined Ward and Smith P.A. in Wilmington.
 
The move is in line with the firm's continued growth in the intellectual property and business areas.
 
"Whether they are in North Carolina, across the country, or across the globe, Ward and Smith provides our clients with the counsel and service needed to safeguard their intellectual property. We're delighted to continue that service with the addition of this talented attorney," Angela Doughty, leader of the firm's Intellectual Property Practice Group, said in a news release.
 
Miller joins Ward and Smith from Dorsey & Whitney LLP in Denver. She negotiates and prepares license agreements, co-existence agreements and settlement agreements for clients ranging from Fortune 100 organizations to local small businesses and startup companies covering all types of intellectual property.
