Rountree Losee Names Partners, Of Counsel

The law firm Rountree Losee recently announced leadership updates and a new team member.
 
Andy Jones was promoted to equity partner. Jason Harris returned to the firm as partner. And Anna Richardson Smith was added as of counsel.
 
Jones focuses on civil litigation and business law, advising clients and litigating cases involving civil and commercial disputes in North Carolina state and federal courts, according to the firm’s website. Before joining Rountree Losee, he was a judicial extern to James Gale, special Superior Court judge for Complex Business Cases in Greensboro.
 
Harris works on maritime and transportation cases, construction disputes, corporate law and legal risk management. He returned to Rountree Losee after serving as general counsel, director of legal and corporate secretary at Ardent Worldwide Limited.
 
Richardson Smith counsels employers on legal compliance and risk mitigation strategies and also audits personnel administration for legal compliance. She previously served as a judicial clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
