Mike Byrd has joined the sales team of Performance Culture to expand the firm’s regional and national accounts, the firm announced recently.

Byrd, a Wilmington native, has built a career in sales and marketing with experience in a variety of sectors, according to a news release. He most recently worked with L&F Hospitality Group of Jacksonville. Previously he was with PLS Logistics LLC of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he was “instrumental in acquiring numerous large corporate accounts,” the release stated.

Byrd has worked with clients in banking, education, steel, medical technology, defense and textiles.

Performance Culture is a web-based performance management platform designed to help managers and employees improve through coaching and evaluation. Dallas Romanowski and Melissa Phillippi founded the company in January 2015.
