Suzanne Neblett has been hired as a sales manager for SunTrust Mortgage in its Wilmington office, the company announced recently.

Neblett, who has earned two degrees at University of North Carolina Wilmington, has more than 18 years’ experience in lending. The SunTrust Mortgage news release stated that Neblett’s “intimate understanding of the local market, combined with her extensive mortgage product knowledge” will help her to serve her clients.

Neblett currently sits on the Wrightsville Beach Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is an active member of the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association, the Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors and the Mortgage Bankers Association of the Lower Cape Fear, the release stated.
