Waxman Elected To WHQR Board

WHQR Public Radio elected a new member to its board of directors at its annual meeting last month. The new member is Robert Waxman, recently retired rabbi of Wilmington’s B'nai Israel Congregation, according to a news release from the radio station.

He joins current board members MK Cope (chairwoman), Ned Glascock, Andrew Gray, Geoffrey Losee, Kelly Luckhaus, Stephanie Meyers (vice chairwoman), Dorothy Rankin (secretary), Geneva Reid, Jeff Smith (treasurer), Philip Stine, Sarah Watstein, Rob Zapple and David Zumbro (ex-officio).

Robert Epstein and Margaret Haynes retired from the board, the release stated.
