Singer Joining Rudd & Associates

Kirk Singer is joining Margaret Rudd & Associates as a broker after retiring from a position at Dosher Memorial Hospital in Southport, according to a news release.

Rudd & Associates announced that Singer would be joining the firm earlier this month. The real estate firm has offices in Southport and Oak Island.

At Dosher, Singer had been director of marketing and public relations since 2009. He was also executive director of the Dosher Memorial Hospital Foundation for the first four years of the foundation's existence after it was founded in 2010. Singer worked in the health care industry for 26 years.
