Gerald Ivey is the new purchasing agent at Professional Builders Supply LLC in Wilmington, the company announced in a recent news release.

Prior to his hiring, he was assistant manager/purchasing agent at Guy C. Lee Building Materials in Shallotte, where he worked for nearly 20 years.

In his new role, Ivey will be responsible for inventory control as well as purchasing, according to the release.
