Century 21 - Sweyer & Associates Announces Awards

At a ceremony held recently at the Country Club of Landfall, Century 21 Sweyer & Associates celebrated company accomplishments as well as those of its top agents in 2014.  

The local Century 21 franchise noted its recognitions from the national company, which included:
  • Ranking first among Century 21 agencies in North and South Carolina in closed sales for the 11th consecutive year;
  • Ranking 14th out of 7,000 Century 21 offices worldwide;
  • Achieving the Quality Service award for the past 17 years consecutively; 
  • Ranking third within the national Century 21 system for fundraising efforts for Easter Seals UCP; and
  • Having 32 agents and teams that are ranked in the top 100 Century 21 agents in North Carolina, based on gross closed commission or units.
Company honors were as follows:

Scott Morrison earned Top Sales Agent and Top Producing Agent honors, based on units sold. The company’s Top Listing Agent by volume was Regina Drury. Drury and Morrison were honored with the Double Centurion, one of the highest awards  given to agents in the Century 21 system, and Morrison also received the Centurion Honor Society Producer award.
 
The top team of listing agents, ranked by volume and units, was Ace of Real Estate. That team was also named Top Team–Sales Agents and Top Team–Producing Agents.

Century 21-Sweyer & Associates also recognized standouts in each of its offices.

In the Landfall office, the Top Listing Agent was Bobbi Bell, the Top Sales Agent was Peter Sweyer and the Top Producer was Regina Drury. The Landfall office also received one of the top awards in the Century 21 system, the Double Centurion. 

In the Hampstead office, Terry Peterson was both Top Listing Agent and Top Producer. Top Sales Agent was Angel McCurry.  The Hampstead office also received the Quality Service Pinnacle office award.

Anne Arnold was the Top Listing Agent, Top Sales Agent and Top Producer in the Holden Beach office.

Jeff Lesley, Art Ricks, Peter Sweyer, Lillian Wendricks, Ammie Archer, Anne Arnold and Bobbi Bell received the Centurion Award, given to only 2 percent of Century 21 agents internationally. Ace of Real Estate received the Team Double Centurion Award, while the Ray Evans Team and the Taylor Greene Team received Team Centurion Awards.
 
Quality Service award winners were Craig Yarboro, Debra Futch, Kurt Andolsun, Leslie McIntosh, Mollie Combs, Regina Drury, Terry Milam, Terry Peterson, Christine Arnold, Jack McKee, Lari Brissette, Lisa Hofe and Pamela Stribling. The Quality Service Team Award and the Team Masters Award were presented to the Thornton Team.
 
Quality Service Pinnacle Producers were Bobbi Bell, Jeff Lesley, Kelly Willis, Melissa Dunn, Oscar Garcia, Peter Sweyer, Dick Schouten, RJ Alex, Steven Wahnsiedler, Van Coley, Becky Filer, Adam Kiefer and Scott Morrison. Quality Service President’s Producers were Bobbi Bell, Jeff Lesley, Peter Sweyer and Scott Morrison.
 
The Masters Ruby Award was given to Craig Yarboro, Leslie McIntosh, Melissa Dunn, Terry Milam, Van Coley, Christine Arnold and Lari Brissette.
 
The Masters Emerald Award was given to Stephanie Osborne, Steven Wahnsiedler, and Sheila Garcia.
 
The Masters Diamond Award was given to Kelly Willis, Michael Otelsberg, Oscar Garcia and Adam Kiefer.
