Andrew Mullins has joined the Wilmington office of Homeowners Mortgage Enterprises (HME) as a mortgage loan officer, according to a recent news release.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington, he has worked in the mortgage industry locally for more than 12 years, the release stated.
 
Prior to joining HME, Mullins was a senior mortgage consultant for Platinum Home Mortgage, vice president of mortgage lending at Guaranteed Rate, a mortgage banker for Resource Financial Services and a mortgage loan consultant for Wells Fargo/Wachovia, the release stated.
 
“Andrew’s professional experience has equipped him to offer strategic solutions covering mortgages, debt, home equity, real estate investment and more,” Ed Kubec, COO and managing director of HME, said in the release.

HME is a full-service regional mortgage firm headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina, with a total of nine offices in South Carolina, Florida and North Carolina.
