Real Estate Firms Announce Hirings

Century 21 Sweyer & Associates recently made several new hires in the Wilmington area, according to a news release. The real estate brokerage company hired new sales associates, while also adding a new director of business development, the release stated.

Pamela Ramos, Melissa McKenzie, Holly Grange, Nick Felsh, David Martin, Eddie Bailes, Jason Hand, Jason Rhodes, Justin Sands, and Wendell Tincher all joined Century 21 Sweyer & Associates as sales associates.

Century 21 Sweyer & Associates also named broker in charge Nancy Baldridge as the firm’s new director of business development for its rental division, the release stated. Baldridge has worked for the firm since 2000. Teresa McBride also joined the firm to assist Baldridge in her new position.

The company also announced five recent completions of its Fully Invested in Real Estate Training Program. Megan Anderson, Kristin Kirk, Stacey Johnson, Tammy Hollis and Jasmine Otero successfully completed the program, the release stated. The program provides Century 21 agents with training focusing on market trends, absorption rates, marketing strategies, and business planning to navigate the real estate market, according to the release.

In other real estate news, Sold Buy the Sea Realty hired Steven Neil and Garrett Mannerz as realtors, according to a news release.
