Mortgage loan officer Freddy Dunn recently joined Homeowners Mortgage Enterprise’s Wilmington location, according to a news release.

Prior to joining Homeowners Mortgage Enterprise (HME), Dunn was the owner and operator of Hanover Mortgage Consultants.

Dunn, a native of the Wrightsville Beach area, also previously worked at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where he focused on increasing his market size and expanding his understanding of customers’ goals and needs, the release stated.

“Freddy understands the importance and significance of making a mortgage decision,” HME COO Ed Kubec said in the release. “His expertise and leadership will strengthen our team. Homebuyers are in good hands with him.”
