Real Estate Firms Announce Hirings

Several area real estate companies have announced new employees in recent weeks.

Century 21 Boling & Associates hired Jason Jensen as a full-time agent. 

Century 21 Sweyer & Associates hired Jason Hand, Wendell Tincher, Stacey Johnson, Jason Rhodes and Justin Sands as sales associates.

The firm also named broker in charge Nancy Baldridge as the firm’s new director of business development for its rental division. Baldridge has worked for Century 21 Sweyer & Associates since 2000, starting with the company as a full-time broker before moving to its rental division. Baldridge also added Teresa McBride to the department to assist. McBride has worked in the apartment industry for the past 20 years.

Sold Buy the Sea Realty hired Steven Neil and Garrett Mannerz as Realtors. Neil, a native of Long Island, N.Y., became a Realtor in 2013. Mannerz moved to the Wilmington area in 2012 after a law enforcement career in Long Island, N.Y., and received his real estate license in 2013.
