Brunswick County Association Of Realtors Announces 2018 Award Winners

The Brunswick County Association of Realtors announced its 2018 annual award winners, according to a news release. The announcement took place at its annual banquet in Southport.
 
Brooke Rudd-Gaglie of Margaret Rudd & Associates was named Realtor of the Year, officials said in the release.
 
"Brooke Rudd-Gaglie is not only a leader in our local association, she is an up-and-coming leader in the real estate profession in the State of North Carolina," said BCAR CEO Cynthia Walsh, in the release. "Brooke is extremely deserving of this recognition."

And Ashley Park (right) of BB&T Mortgage Southport was named Affiliate of the Year, officials said.

“As an affiliate, Ashley Park has demonstrated her commitment to helping our members and advancing the real estate industry in Brunswick County,” Walsh said in the release.

Cindy Young (left) of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage was named the 2018 Rising Star, officials said.

"Cindy Young is also an emerging leader in Brunswick County, and she is more than deserving of the Rising Star Award," Walsh said.

“Congratulations to Brooke, Cindy and Ashley on these well-deserved awards," Walsh added.
