Stephanie Fessel has joined Intracoastal Realty as director of learning and development.

Fessel will expand the real estate firm's agent training program, according to a news release.

"She will lead all aspects of the company’s training for new agents supporting their efficiency, sustained productivity and use of technology platforms," officials said in the release.

Fessel is a former real estate agent and brings 16 years of real estate training to Intracoastal. She previously worked with Allen Tate Realtors and Coldwell Banker in Charlotte and Premier Sotheby’s International Realty in Naples, Florida.

Officials with the Intracoastal said Fessel’s expertise includes curriculum design, Salesforce.com training, online training platforms, new hire training and mentoring. In her training, she will blend live and online classrooms, webinars and one-on-one coaching, facilitating opportunities for collaborative learning and teamwork, according to the release.

“I’m delighted to be part of Intracoastal which is well known for its investment in professional development and continued agent training,” said Fessel in the release. “The company provides the administrative staff, marketing, technology and everything an agent needs to be successful in the real estate business.”
